My wife had brought our Honda in for our last oil change but the discount coupon I had been assured would be honored was not. Our rear washer stopped working following that oil change. I brought the car in for this oil change and repair of the rear washer. Jordan Penny, my service advisor, after learning of our prior experience and discovering Honda's repair of the same rear washer a year earlier had not lasted, fixed the rear washer and did the oil change without charge. Our Honda was ready when he said it would be. His gracious handling of this experience speaks well of Economy Honda Superstore.
