This company engages in racketeering and profiteering with regard to workman's comp audits. They should be indicted for their business practices. They audit for many companies I assume, but recently decided to retroactively rate an employee who leaves the office less than one half of one percent of his time not as clerical, but as a "delivery driver." Yet my rep at State Farm, who drives off site weekly to meet with clients, IS allowed to remain rated as clerical. The local reps even admit it's nonsense. Of course these charlatans stand by the reclassification, because the net effect is a retroactive tripling of my premiums. If your audit is massively in error due to their racketeering with your provider, take it from me, engage an attorney IMMEDIATELY. Do not leave it to them to correct their mistake, they will not, they will collude with your provider to maximize profits at your expense. They will deny your reasonable dispute, and send you to collections. If you are a provider and are looking for a company willing to lie, obfuscate, and cheat you to maximum profits. Look no further. You have found your devils here.
