I am so extremely unhappy with your service. After explaining what needed to be done we were charged 4500$ to replace 45ft of PVC outside of our home. I understand that we signed off on the services to be completed and we knew the price ahead of time. Once the city came out to check our repairs we were told that the price we paid was insane. After calling your customer care I was told you guys charge premium pricing for premium service. So basically you guys charge a ridiculous amount and you know it. I will commend them on giving us 5% off after I complained. However it has been a week and there is still a leak and a big ditch in the front of my yard. I have called you guys three times now about this issue and nothing has been resolved. I always get scheduled but no one comes out. Run far from John Moores premium pricing for premium service . Also John Moore I don t want your BS generic response we reached out to you personally yes you did but my issue still wasn t resolved.

Troy came out and put all of our worries to rest! Nicest guy ever! Talked us through all the repairs and answered all the questions thoroughly. I recommend him for all plumbing services!
