I went under contract the day I scheduled my first appointment because it would pay for itself after two service calls. That is, if they ever show up. They never showed up to the appointment, nor called, nor followed up. When I called to cancel, they said they would not refund me my money in full. It has been over 5 months, and I still haven't received ANY money back. My building recommended them, but now I feel that someone there is getting a kick-back from the company. When I called again to follow up on my money, the Contract Manager didn't tell me how much I was going to receive back, nor when. I even had to call before he hung up on me that I wanted the confirmation number for the call. He was surprised that I wanted it; as if they are so honest I should trust they that they imputed my request.
