Been a Service America customer for many years and always experienced awesome and fast service. This time is no different. The tech came in to fix my refrigerator, accurately diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part with him. He took the time to explain what the problem was, what caused it and showed me the burnt areas in the PC board. Very knowledgeable tech and very courteous. Thank you!!!!
