It was one of those expensive mistakes. I had a relatively simple request/ job with infusionsoft and they dragged the project on for more than 3 months, asking me to have meetings after another over phone, telling me they only have 11 or 12 people working and they are swamped with work, asking me to complete stupid homework. If you don't want to learn IS and you want campaigns and jobs done with it, go to Upwork or Elance and find yourself a US based contractor. That's what I did. The contractor I found created campaigns after another just with a short meeting and he's very quick, normally my bill is never more than a few hundred dollars. Save your money.
