Several weeks before i had helped a family member ...

Several weeks before i had helped a family member in ny buy a jeep and got to like the car.I also had my car with still a high resale value and i made the mistake,knowing now in coming here. The people are nice but from up top they are told to get them not only for car sales but all the phony packages. The first thing i notice is next to the factory sticker is a smaller sticker promoting some 1,500 dollar package of added basic non proven useless stuff , nitrogen in tires , floor mats even thou the car comes with floor mats and some magic paint protection for the south east. What jeeps paint and undercoating are no good for myrtle beach even thou they give a 7 year rust through, i think you know what i mean. The first one to blame is me this is where i decided to retire and let my guard down. We have bought over 20 new cars and this place makes it number 2 for dealing with someone who smiles then screws you. They did help me with another terrible lease deal a few days before butbi nguessb theybeven saw all the problems. My thing is this they remove that little sticker from the window sneak the 1,500.00 price into the basic price of car before tax and etc. and you never again on any bill or paperwork see info on this so called package. I had told them i did not want this package they call me up in a couple of days and said they got one right off the truck and it did not have it. When i got my bill of sale on picking up the car once again they had tried to sneak some extended warranty package and scratch and ding package that after reading the small print warrantied nothing i went back in and said i dont want this and they took it off acting like i had wanted it. I guess i had told them 4 times no bells and whistles when it comes to these money rich gain nothing loophole policies.Now thru e-mail they no longer respond. I was in the beginning getting some rep for the boss who i addressed my comments to saying they would send me the info on the package , they never did. I asked the sales so called manager if i go to sell this car how can i prove this 1,500 package his answer ,we know meaning the vdealership, what bad business practice. The owner is to busy to call a customer, he is out making wholesome commercials with a grand mother and is to busy,just the nature of the commercial is to make you put your guard down so he can blast you. who would ever sell a package and it does not reflect on the bill or any material, it is just a ploy to get you into service so you can begin to hear some bmore song and dance acts STAY AWAY
