When I first had called Sonic Electronix over the weekend, I had a difficult time to get some assistance with a return. But a few days later I received a phone call from a manager who could not have been more compassionate and understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to listen to my initial call, and we had a normal casual conversation about it. There was no reading from a script. He just worked with me to reach a solution that would work for everyone. We came to a resolution fairly quickly and I was able to do a return and a pre order. To do the pre order I had to wait from a call from Travis. It only took about 10 minutes and he was professional from the start. He explained the whole process very well, and I am happy I spoke to both of them to resolve my issues. The first phone call was unpleasant, but afterwards I received nothing but the best customer service. I will definitely be contacting Travis again for future purchases.
