Charges for services not performed. They took my dog into the back room to supposedly do an eye exam and brought her back minutes later with no sign of the typical glowing green that should've been present had they done it. They did not give me any explanation of results, the tech just gave me some ointment to put in her eye. After she continued not to get better, I took her to an eye Doctor Who said she had a very bad ulcer on her eye that should've been recognizable if she was indeed examined. I called Allcare to discuss and of course, they do not return calls. No doubt because they can't explain charging me for A test they didn t do.
