I received a product twice that I ordered once. Maybe it was my fault and I accidentally ordered it twice. Regardless, Kina Chandarana is who worked with me to get the situation resolved. She was very responsive and helpful. Kina provided a high level of quality customer service, which is rare these days. I genuinely appreciate how easy she made the process and how helpful she was. I ll definitely be ordering here again, and referring others. Thank you, Kina!
