Indiana Packers, also known as IPC, is one of the leading pork producer's in Indiana and has seen a lot of growth in it's 25+ years in the business. They are always hiring, and in most cases you can start right away. As far as I know IPC has never laid anyone off so it's a very dependable place to work, and they have great benefits like insurance and 401k. IPC is also the largest corporation in Carroll County and is always looking for ways to help within the community.
