This company is the worst to try and get a short sale approved. We have had a short sale specialist trying to get this approved, the listing agent and buyers agent trying to get this short sale approved. NO ONE CAN GET ANY ANSWERS!!! IF YOU HAVE A MORTGAGE WITH MGC DON'T TRY AND SHORT SALE YOUR HOME. YOU GET NO WHERE WITH THEM. DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!!
