Extremely poor communication. They will randomly send you notices of follow up appointments WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION except for the date&time. Did you need to do two tests? They will make you wait for the results of the first test before scheduling a follow up appointment. Don't worry though, during the follow up they will only make you fill in a form you have already filled in and then schedule the second test.
