Does anybody on Earth know where we can find these...

Does anybody on Earth know where we can find these builders now ? They were doing a project of Royal PARK Apartments , near aladin park. All of a sudden they just vanished!!! Taking millions and millions of rupees from so many ppl like myself. Can anybody help us find them ????
