I ordered shades for my Kitchen and dining room. One of the shades was defective. I called and they are not willing to reimburse me for the cost of a re-install. They told me they just snap in, well how many comanies DON'T charge a house call fee. When I bought my house I had bali shades for my whole house. No more Bali shades for me.
