I only visited to pick up my rental car from their lobby, but the few workers from the Westin I interacted with were wonderful. My only concern was the wait for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Myself and several others waited for over 20 minutes while other hotels had several shuttles come and go. It's not necessarily something that can be controlled, but it was worth noting.
