DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I've lived at Parkwood apartments in Gresham for 3 years and when Affinity took over everything sucked. They are NEVER in their office and they will NEVER return your calls. It got so bad my husband and I decided we didn't want to wait until our lease was up to move so we started applying at different apartments and found out that they will not give your rental history or a reference without a 30 day notice. We will have to pay them $1200 to break our lease and they probably won't give us our deposit back.
