Zero star . I made an appt today and called 45 mins in advance stating I was on my way and if I can still be seen if 5 mins late. Was basically told not if the provider didn't want to. so I get here and the girls at check in desk see me, the only person waiting to be checked in but ignore me because the girl in the animal print dress behind the receptionist desk isn't having a good morning So when she's done complaining I am then checked in for not just the wrong doctor but as the wrong patient. now I am currently sitting here in a waiting room for 45+ minutes. And now what? I was on time after all, minus the time the girl in the front checked in the wrong patient so then I was "late". No human kindness whatsoever. So clearly I'll be seen after lunch as it's after 12 and my appt was at 11:20.
