Terrible hotel management. I booked a two night stay in a room with a King bed. On top of telling me I would have to change rooms after the first night, the first night's room had me staying in a room where the only bed was a pull out couch! When I contacted the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do except offer me a free breakfast. I have stayed at AirBnB's with better customer service and bed options for a fraction of the price. On top of all this, the conference I am attending is being hosted here and they have already been notified about this issue and will be reconsidering booking here. Management needs to be fully changed and accommodate their paying guests. This is garbage.
