Terrible experience! We went there tonight and bought tickets to do the corn maze. Once we got to the maze we noticed mud everywhere. They gave wrist bands, half a crayon and a paper with the purchase. We went up to the cashier and asked for a refund because of all the mud. This lady who helped us gave us so much grief for the refund. She asked for the wrist bands back. Which were on my kids wrist. Said she didn t have scissors to cut them off, so she told our kids to just rip them off. Once she started the refund, I noticed she didn t give the full refund. I asked why she didn t give the full refund and she said I need the half crayons and papers back to give you full credit . I looked at her in total shock. She made my kids get the crayons and papers out of the trash. Are you kidding me?!?! Unbelievable! I will not be going back again. It s a shame! We just wanted a refund because of the mud, plain and simple!
