The worst experience I ve ever had on a golf cours...

The worst experience I ve ever had on a golf course. When we got there we were told it was walking only because of the rain. After some discussion with my group we decided that was fine and started walking the course. My buddy asked if they had any pull carts and they didn t. When we get on the course none of the water stations have water. Considering the rain they got, the course was very dry so it didn t make sense why there were no carts allowed. Fast forward to the 5th home and we start seeing a couple of carts driving around. As we proceeded to holes 6-8, we continued to see more carts on the course, so as a group we said at least we d be able to take a cart on the back 9. While we were on the 9th hole, 20 carts went out for a shotgun start. We finish the 9th hole, go to the clubhouse, ask to rent a cart, and were told no carts are allowed on the course today. Conveniently the pro shop manager and just taken a cart out on the course so we were talking to the two employees behind the bar. Dumbfounded we said we just saw 20 carts go onto the course and they said that is for our couples league. We asked what is the difference and all we were told was they are the only ones allowed to have a cart. Beyond frustrated, two of our group left and two continued on for a couple holes. As if the clubhouse manager was taunting us, him and another employee made multiple loops past us in a cart. I will never be back to this course and I will make it my mission to deter any other golfers from golfing there as well.
