In 1999 my father had a new flat roof from what was then SS Deighton & Associates and the employee he liaised with was Steve Jenkinson. This winter he noticed some damp in one room and although his handyman was able to go up on his roof (those days are long gone for him) and repair a balustrade seam he was worried in case it was actually the roof. He rang the number he had for Steve and miraculously it was still valid and Steve kindly came out to check the roof yesterday (15/5/20). Your product and employee both get 5 stars as not only was the roof still in great condition Steve couldn't have been nicer - as my father said "I was very grateful for his inspection and advice - much more than I could have expected after 20 years - and for his friendly approach'.
