I recently worked with a design and marketing company for my business, and it was an average experience. The design team had some unique and creative ideas, but the execution was not always on point. I felt that the marketing strategies lacked innovation and didn't fully capture the essence of my brand. On the positive side, the communication was good, and they were receptive to my feedback. However, the overall outcome was not as impressive as I had hoped. 😐
