Rude over the phone, unfriendly. Sent them my Remy jacket that I had worn for 10 years prior for minor refurbishing. Even though the liner wasn't in bad shape they suggested replacing it at a significant cost. I went along with the recommendation. Three years later, the entire liner fell apart and I was given every excuse in the world as to why they were not responsible.

I will NEVER use them again!
