The worst experience ever. You get to be abused by service users, colleagues and superiors all together. The director's behaviour and attitude towards employees was absolutely humiliating and scandalous proving that her mental health is no better than the service users themselves. I made a complaint and they found her excuses although her behaviour was unacceptable. She is still there, running the place and doing what knows better: abusing people.
