I contacted Pella to have some windows and doors installed at my house. I already had other Pella products at my house and really like them. The sales rep, George Nemeth, came to my house, took measurements, and gave me a fair price for my project. Very knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions, explained details, polite, on-time, and not pushy.
