Under construction is fine, understaffed is something else. Waited over 20 minutes to have the front desk girl insist my Bonvoy numbers were useless at this property. Although claiming 3.5 years experience in hotel management, it was a new concept that the traveler receives the points, not the client. I then was given a handicap room with no real shower head. Uncomfortable bed with slapped together sheets. What a let down.
