Look, when you have to go there.... you don t really expect an excellent experience .... the waiting room was very full, there was no AC except for a small thing in the corner that a few people were hogging... and it would be okay if you didn t have to wait 7-8 hours. Just a warning, bring something to entertain yourself with so you don t go crazy because you can t have your phone and they won t let you know what s happening or how long you have to wait. Overall the staff was very kind and I m glad they suggested hotlines to call because it proved to be very helpful.
