Probably the worst experience for an afternoon tea...

Probably the worst experience for an afternoon tea possible. Serving staff avoided eye contact so they wouldn't have to do the job they are paid for. Then emailed a complaint, received an email to say I would get a response, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Don't spend your money here, take the short walk to the Ritz, they are far more competent and superior.
