I have had ADT for 8 years and been pretty descent...

I have had ADT for 8 years and been pretty descent. Since Telus bought them, absolute disaster!!! I am moving to US and looking to cancel my service. Have called 3 times and been on hold over 2 hours each time and twice the line went dead and another the rep picked up and then hung up!!!! Worst service. Avoid at all cost! Not to mention all the Telus calls trying to sell you other services. Didn t have a negative view of Telus before but now I absolutely do. Whoever is now running ADT might want to start looking for a new career!
