I am severely handicapped and cannot stand or walk. I am in a rehab and I had a 2:15 PM doctors appointment. They showed up to take me at 2:05 PM and I was an hour late for my appointment because the driver didn t even know where he was going and didn t think to ask me. After dropping me off the driver left and when I called for a return drive The girl who answered the phone told me she wasn t sure when they could come and get me because the drivers were on a tight schedule. Considering the fact that they weren t on that tight a schedule when they came to get me to go to the doctor they should ve been on the same non-tight schedule to pick me up. I ve had it. I definitely do not refer this company to anyone, especially if you need to be somewhere on time.
