the customer service from Bike Active is just the absolute worst, the owner Rob even agreed with me. blaming being busy for not answering his email.
After emailing 3 times with no response, I started messaging him in Instagram publically for him to respond to me, to which he responded but said he wasn't aware how Instagram messaging worked and for me to email him.
after a few weeks of this I decided to recall my payment back from PayPal and that's where Rob contacted me and started to listen.
