Not worth a star! I expect a lot for a 4 star hote...

Not worth a star! I expect a lot for a 4 star hotel in Europe! Unfortunately the hotel didn't even deserve three stars! I have been to various hotels several times, even two star hotels that offer a lot more cleanliness and service!

The situation: disaster. Totally the Gettho! We wanted to buy something to eat in the evening, unfortunately only idiots on the way to abuse the women! It is better not to be alone.

To the hotel:
It offers some parking spaces in the hotel's own underground car park. However, it is so narrow down there that a car larger than a Fiat will have problems there!
The service is terrible! No hospitality at all! Our first room was not clean at all! The bathroom was totally dirty and it smelled terrible! We were then allowed to change rooms. It's not really hygienic there either! Carpet has stains, windows cannot be opened ?! Not at all suitable for allergy sufferers! Then called the reception to order a technician to open the window. Unfortunately nobody came, even after another request. Yes, great air, I tell you. The hotel breakfast is not worth it at all. For a 4 star hotel I get a better buffet at home. The tables were all occupied, so we picked a seat that we liked. Thereupon we were bullied by the service "The table is dirty, look for something else". Eh ?! How about cleaning? The scrambled eggs look like porridge! Which is also a total hygiene fail that the Nutella was permanently open and you should serve yourself with a spoon. If, since everyone packs in, no one wants to eat anymore. -.-
The hotel overall is totally shabby! You could make a lot more of it and, above all, work on service! We will not spend the night there any more, as a transit for a day, you can sleep there ideally, but also much too expensive. Then go straight to the B&B Hotel, which is much more hygienic!
