We chose to sit outside on the open covered veranda due to the view, the cooling breezes and the current virus situation. This protected area has a stunning view of the surrounding hills and at dusk, the lights of Boulder twinkle and shine. The meal is top-notch gourmet fare. I had duck as my main course, and my spouse had lamb. The menu does change as the fresh ingredients that are available locally rotate through the seasons. It is pricey, but it has $$$$ for a reason. The food is first class on a gourmet level.
