I'm huge on customer service and this place in incredible from start to finish. The warm friendly greeting by the front desk happily surprised me! A sweet woman walked me through the entire salon, showing me the products they use and why they like them, she showed me the dimly lit rinse area (no talking which I loved because I used that time to meditate and relax while I sat with toner before my wash), the area to work if I needed my computer, and where the bathroom was located as well. Then I was introduced to my stylist Johana. She was this trendy stunning woman with the coolest hat and style - basically how I want to look everyday. She was super nice and so helpful trying to figure out what kind of blond I was looking for. It can definitely be a struggle to know exactly what you want so I appreciated all her investigating into what shade, brightness, roots, etc. And when all was said and done - she was spot on with it! Exactly what I wanted in every single way! I couldn't stop smiling and flipping my hair - so much so that the owner Gayle (literally I've never met a single owner of any salon I've been to) came over to compliment my new hair, introduced herself, and gave a free sample of Oribe dry volume spray - wowwwww I left feeling like a goddess and will definitely be back to see Jo and will highly recommend her and Headlines to all my friends
