I was in the ER for a health issue and was very pleased with the care I received. The nurses were really nice and understanding, I got care in a timely fashion, and the Doctor (Dr. Westfall), was fabulous. He spent time explaining things to me and looked up some pictures on his phone so I could visually see what was going on in my body. He addressed all my concerns and included me in the decision making. He was kind and caring and made sure I felt comfortable with the plans. I've seen lots of different doctors over the last 20 years due to chronic health issues, and this was one of the best experiences I've had
