Horrible customer service and rude and unsanitary staff. Unbelievable how poorly we were treated by nearly all the staff from the beginning. Our room: no bathtub for the little ones, next to an entrance/parking lot, with smokers and other guests sitting on our patio. When requesting a room change were lied to by both the front desk and manager... told there were no other rooms available. Online reservations told a much different story. Lifeguards are also rude, as are many of the food service people, talking very loudly amongst themselves (in a different language) while we wait for service, and touching hair/scratching scalp repeatedly while serving. Rude and GROSS. We'll be returning... to Kalahari.
