While having a recall issue repaired, Nashville's mid-town BMW dealer wrecked my car and tried to cover it up. My 528 was hit by another car by the mechanic at the dealer, and BMW tried to return the car without acknowledging the accident. Fortunately, I noticed it and demanded attention. BMW never put anything in writing and even demanded we never acknowledge an accident. The repairs done by BMW were subpar and the dealer never lived up the the $500 credit I was promised. Think twice about these guys.
