I have been to Salon 2000 twice and will never ret...

I have been to Salon 2000 twice and will never return. My first experience was bliss! I had the most amazing eyebrow wax of my life, so naturally I decided to give them a whirl for another much needed service...a haircut for my way overdue and horribly damaged hair. When I arrived everyone was enthusiastic and the girl seemed to know exactly what I was talking about when I explained the 8 times I'd had my hair processed in 4 months... that's where I was wrong. She turned my hair pink....from a conditioner that I ok'd because she said it would be fine. I went back only because I was going out to a very upscale place with a man I didn't know well and didn't want the humiliation of showing up with pink hair. I was VERY polite and quiet as there were other patrons and was basically told to screw off. I left to go back to my usual salon and have them fix it...in the mean time Salon 2000 had the nerve to call me 2 more times to insult me and blame me for disliking my results.
