Very Tuff to find any pros.....

Cons....
1-Judge Candidate Skills and capabilities within 5 working days.
2-Bond of 2 years for freshers and Experience Candidate.
3-change Bond rules according to Company Benefits.
4- Demotivate Candidate that there skills and performance were not up-to
mark within 5 working days or may be after 1 month.
5- 5 days working on offer letter but 6 days working on Bond paper.
6- Talk very rudely.
7- Offering work from home on Hiring time But never give access for WFH.
8- Fake promises on joining and Hiring time.
9- Never listen employees concern.

Be aware Guys.

Not Good for Experienced Candidate and in my View not Good for Freshers Also.
