Took my 2016 A6 in for a routine service and got an alignment and balance and rotation. My loaner vehicle was ready and the process was smooth. My car was ready within a fair amount of time. My appointment was at 10am and my car was ready for pickup around 3pm. The customer service (Paul) was excellent. However, when I picked my car up at 4:45pm it wasn't washed as they said they would be and it had a funny odor. I had to go buy car fragrance to rid the smell which lasted until the next morning.
