Look for Ivy. She is highly knowledgeable and will explain why your mirror is damage and if it's repairable. Do take note, she does not do windscreen change ( no insurance claims). She does windscreen repair for star cracks and at times hairline crack ( if you didn't treat your mirror with wax or any chemical in the past 2/3 years). She is honest and friendly. Recommended to visit her shop if your screen has a crack.
