Paid $71 a month , called to upgrade to get some more channels , The lady on the phone said you can get 100 more channels for $9 more, so I said ok so that would be $80 plus tax , in the last few days I never got the channels , I have called 4 times and they told me my bill is around $96 and I don't have the extra 100 channels , I got tired and told them just to downgrade my account the way it was in the past . Terrible customer service ,
