Most disappointing. The room had practically no light and was dirty with peeling laminate floors and water coming in underneath the patio door. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathtub and there were bugs in the room. The mirror was so dusty you could write on it, and there was a lot of trash under the bed. There was no light to read by and there were no comfortable chairs to relax in. Eventually housekeeping dropped off a broken light so we could see better. Valet parking was very slow (they would promise 10 minutes and we would give up after 30 minutes). Breakfast was disappointing. Dinner was delicious. The view was great. The staff were polite.
