The list I could put on here is endless. They illegally added people to our lease, they threaten you with things that aren't true or legally your responsibility. They didnt take me off of a lease 9 months after I was asked to be taken off. They didn't register the house we were in as a rental house with the township until years in to living there. Then on top of it all the employee Dawn that deals with tenant issues won't even talk or listen to you like a normal person
