We were here 2013 and I loved it such a friendly and helpful staff. when we were here the rooms were having a much needed refurbishment and I believe it is finished now as I had a call from them inviting me back again but we had organised to be in another country. The food was great with themed evenings and not too repetative. I loved the way we had a large enclosed area just outside on the terrace. The animation team were good and had a show each evening but it was the same each week so we saw it twice.The shop in the hotel was very good and there are plenty shops nearby including a large supermarket just a few hundred yards down the hill very handy. The spa is also good. Next time im in Tenerife I would stay here again.
