The initial design, service, installation and communication with the designer and staff was outstanding. The cost was reasonable for the way the projects transformed our space. However, after installation there were a few things that were not quite right and we requested some moderations. I take half the responsibility for the changes. Feeling certain the modifications would be handled as smoothly as the initial installation we paid for the service in full. That was in July and as late as yesterday (10/21/16) the company has been out 4 times to make the corrections. The project is still not complete. In fact the craftsman who was out yesterday had concerns about the original installation. He was very professional, competent and assured me he would take care of the problem...We'll see. Overall I would recommend the company. Just be sure you are certain you understand the design plans and communicate any modifications with your designer and installers. I would also encourage you not to pay in full until the project is completed to your total satisfaction. At this point in the project I give Colorado Space Solutions 2 stars... If things get resolved to my satisfaction I will reconsider my rating.
