Our room was clean and the air conditioner was running when we checked in so our room was nice and cool. Check in was quick and easy. We were given a map to find our way around the hotel. I asked for an extra blanket for our room they quickly provided that. There were also extra towels in the room as well for us. We also used the pool and hot tub which was great after a day of traveling. I would definitely recommend this Best Western and will be definitely returning when we travel back to Michigan.
