I have been a customer for over 18 years and in the last two years have experienced first hand the loss of customer service. They try push you to schedule service calls on a website that doesn t function ! Then they offer an automed phone option that after inputting all your information, says sorry we have experienced an unexpected problem and then you are forced to hold for over an hour. This has happened to me numerous times this year. I will most definitely not be renewing my contract when it comes up for renewal. Be warned- if I could give them negative stars I would!
