I'm staying in Coral Mahavir Kalpavruksha past 3 y...

I'm staying in Coral Mahavir Kalpavruksha past 3 years. Over the time quality deminishing drastically. In spite of satisfactory monsoon in 2016, we faced water crises right from Nov 2016 till date. Either of the 2 lifts have always some problem. (In fact last week I stuck in one of lifts.)I heard same problem in another bulding(s.)
However ambience is good (not sure that it will remain same after completion of constructions around.) Club facility so far so good.
